For those who want more information on BP’s North Slope spill, the Alaska Forum for Environmental Responsibility has just issued a preliminary report by oil expert Richard A. Fineberg.

The report concludes that “BP does not operate the nation’s largest petroleum production complex in a safe and environmentally sound manner. All too often, BP’s management culture appears to place undue emphasis on cost-cutting, while favoring rhetoric over reality”. You can see the report here.
