The US and Canadian governments will not sign the treaty now that the cats out of the bag. The public is becoming more and more aware of what's really at stake at Copenhagen: a new world government which controls the world by controlling carbon. They tried to keep it secret and because of this secrecy the UN has lost it's trustworthyness. The public is pissed. Nice work! Good luck in Copenhagen.
