Concentrations in the atmosphere of more than 600 ppm CO2 have been ever aacompanied in the world history (geology) by warm temperatures on the North and South pole regio's and with little ice there. The CO2 will go far beyond 600 or 880 ppm and the sea levell will rise many metres, so please go ahead and make a polder of London.
