		<description>I just wonder if this is really going to go ahead.  There seems to be no follow up on this one announcement.  In 2004 China announced something similar with Iran.  Kazachstan blocked a sale to Chinese companies by BG in 2003 and bought out half of BG's stake.  Sounds like we will have two governments in charge here.  Interesting.</description>
