		<description>I agree that the Iraq Oil should benefit the Iraqis and should be used to promote Iraqi Solutions to national issues.  In the U.S. we were able to solve human issues by rural electrification, farm price supports, land grants to the public, the GI bill to help people go to college, public schools, building roads infrastructure and the internet, regulating food safety and medicine, insuring accurate accounting to investors through the SEC, and Anti-Trust laws to protect individuals.  This was all done with public money partially paid for by selling our national resources of oil, coal, gold, and timber.  Many people in the U.S. have forgotten this but we became a prosperous nation by first investing in our people.</description>
