		<description>The UN report highlights the need for all states to consider all aspects of their rush to biofuel production.  Not only are most of the biofuels less energy-dense than the gasoline they are targeted to replace, but their use also requires that vehicles be prepared differently.

The world will be a better place only if we ensure that our weakest citizens are lifted out of poverty and allowed to participate in decisions affecting their lives, families, and business interests.</description>
